This 10 min yoga class is perfect for those looking for a wrist warm up to do before doing any routines that bare weight on the hands such as vinyasa flow, or handstand drills. You can also use this class to help stretch the wrists after a long day at your desk and using your phone and great for sore stiff wrists and wrist pain relief. Use this 10 minute wrist stretch anytime of the day. It is also a beginners yoga class so anyone can do it!



As with all physical activity, Yoga included, it is important to listen to your body at all times and never exceed the sensation of just a light stretch. If you feel pain or extreme discomfort do not do the yoga pose, movement or stretch and come to something that feels better for you.
